1. The resolution available in the online form
The form provides one selectable resolution only: a single-use MyLegalDocsAI service credit with no expiry date. The verified captured amount for the order determines its value.
2. Verification
The order identifier and checkout email must match an existing paid order. The code is displayed after verification and sent only to that checkout email.
3. No cash-refund option in this form
The online form does not present a cash-refund alternative or another resolution selector. It is the service's voluntary service-credit settlement path.
4. Rights that cannot be waived
Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that applicable law or binding payment-network rules do not permit the customer to waive or replace by agreement.
