Refund and statutory rights policy
How technical vouchers interact with rights under applicable law.
The standard technical-failure remedy is continued delivery during the 72-hour recovery window followed, if delivery still fails, by a one-use voucher equal to the actual cash paid.
This policy does not replace or waive a refund, cancellation or other remedy that applicable law requires and does not permit the operator to exclude non-waivable rights.
